Explore the Cornell Hip Hop Archive

This is a great resource. We’ve worked with Cornell in the past, and what the Cornell University Library has created is a great physical archive as well as a digital archive.

The Cornell Hip Hop Collection offers a glimpse at many of the wonderful images they’ve been able to collect from pioneers and curators all over the world, and in particular from New York, who have shared early photographs of hip hop culture, graffiti art and so many other things.

Feel free to check out the archive online at your earliest convenience. It’s not the only one, but it’s one of the many out there, and it’s truly historical, with great photographs, substance and overall value.
